I went to a focus group last year at Midlands Technical College led my colleague Dr. Melodie Hunnicutt conducted as part of her research into adjunct faculty. We adjuncts teach the majority of college classes here and nation wide. I told her I had a poem in "Gemini" entitled "Scholarly Mercenary" and she wanted to include it in her research.
